Mothers who breastfeed have a reduced Alzheimers rate

For anyone concerned about the state their breasts may be left in following breastfeeding, it may be worth considering what state your brain may be left in.  Although my own boobs suffered no long term adverse effects from breastfeeding, despite the process being not a wholly pleasant experience, leaving me with the odd bout of mastitis, (alleviated by cabbage leaves in my bra) and  temporarily left me something like a G cup – they are now back to normal, it’s good to know I may have improved the long term elasticity of my brain by shunning the bottle, according to this article in The Telegraph.
