It’s not news that women are bitchy. We’re evolved for it.
I hardly need to go into details on this one, as it seems fairly self explanatory, but interested as I am in evolution and power dynamics, and the fact that I suffered at the hands of fairly merciless bitching at my all-girls school for being a) okay looking b) clever c) better with boys, at least I can try to forgive the perpetrators with this evolutionary explanation in the Independent
